I brought my car in for an oil change. Be prepared for a long lesson if you didn't get your oil changed on time. The power to my cigarette lighter stopped working after I left the shop, and I was frustrated so I called in to explain. The first convo wasn't great, but I got a call from an employee, most likely a manager, that asked me to bring the car back in to fix it. He said it was most likely a very simple fix. I am giving them five stars because businesses aren't perfect, but how you handle negative situations can build more customer loyalty than a business that does everything perfect.
